These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and m99myr as the platform operator. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein. If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue use of this platform.

These terms apply to all forms of use of the m99myr platform — including access via the website, iOS and Android mobile apps, and any other platforms operated by m99myr.

To register and use the m99myr platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Being an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not located in any region or jurisdiction where online betting or gambling is prohibited.
• Never had an account terminated at m99myr due to a previous terms violation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, active mobile number, and valid Malaysian bank account details. m99myr reserves the right to verify the validity of all provided information through the KYC process at any time.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at m99myr. Registering a second or multiple accounts — even using a different name, phone number, IP address, or device — constitutes a terms violation and will result in all associated accounts being terminated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m99myr account password and login credentials. This includes:

• Not sharing your password or login credentials with any other party.
• Ensure you log out of your account when using a shared device.
• Using a strong, unique password that is not used for any other platform.
• Report any suspicious account activity to m99myr support immediately.

M99myr will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account by a third party, where such losses result from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

All financial transactions on m99myr are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods are:

Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the m99myr account. m99myr does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts for security and anti-money laundering reasons.

• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed.
• m99myr reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000.

• Reporting of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Requests from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• At the user's own request for voluntary account closure.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

If an account is closed at the user's request or for reasons other than a violation, any valid balance will be returned to the user after the required security checks are completed.

Users whose accounts have been terminated due to a terms violation not permitted re-registering at m99myr. Any attempt to do so constitutes a further violation and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Should any dispute arise regarding the use of the m99myr platform, the resolution procedure is as follows:

• Step 1: Contact m99myr customer support via live chat or email with clear details of your dispute.
• Step 2: The support team will investigate and provide a response within 3 working days.
• Step 3: If a user remains unsatisfied, the dispute may be escalated to m99myr management for further review.
• Step 4: As a last resort, users may refer disputes to a recognised independent dispute resolution body.

All disputes arising from the use of the m99myr platform shall be interpreted and resolved in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Users agree that Malaysian courts have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any related legal proceedings.
